Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over €100.

If you require a specific courrier please get in touch as additional charges may apply.

Please note, international shipping for works with dimensions equalling over 200cm (length+height+width) will be sent rolled with stretcher bars included in the package unless arranged otherwise. This is to keep the shipping costs down. You can then take your piece to a local farmers and have them stretch it for you.

How long does shipping take?

Preparing your artwork to ship can take up to 14 days, however, we aim to get them shipped within 7. You will be updated by email if there are any delays.

International shipping takes 7-25 days depending on where you are.

Shipping to Europe takes 4-14 days.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Custom payment plans are available on works over €100. Please get in touch with sophie to find out more.

What is the return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the piece is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can rectify it.

We understand that art is a big investment and we want to ensure you’ll love your piece just as much in person as online; so please feel free to contact us at sophieadairart@gmail.com if you’d like additional photos or videos of works you are interested in.

Can I reserve a piece?

Yes! We offer a no-commitment reservation service. If you fall in love with a piece but need a few extra days to think about it/would like more photographs or videos before you purchase then we can reserve the piece (or pieces!) for up to two weeks.

Do artworks come framed?

Unless stated otherwise each artwork comes unframed however we would be more than happy to arrange framing for you (at an additional cost).

How long will my artwork last?

All works created by Sophie Adair are created with high-quality materials and varnished to keep them thriving throughout the years. Kept in suitable conditions (i.e out of damp spaces) your pieces should outlast you and your future generations!
