Oil on stretched canvas, 50x60cm (approx 20x24 inch) this painting is signed, varnished, wired and ready to hang.
Sophie transports the viewer to a secluded winter, snowy shoreline just before a storm, when the mist is so thick you can't make out the horizon any more, wind howls, its so loud you have to shout to be heard and you can feel the power in the waters even when you're safe on the shoreline.
The painting is created in the multiple layers. Sophie works in a realistic manner of painting. In her paintings, she tries to achieve perspective, subtle color relationships and depth of space.

Dispatch times
Due to the nature of oils and Varnishing times it can take up to two weeks to prepare your purchase for shipping, although we aim to dispatch within one week.
Prints are made to order and can take up to 1 week to ship.

All original works are tracked and insured with standard delivery. Please get in touch if you'd prefer next day shipping or another service.

14 days return on damaged products.
